I author experience strategies that lift teams from deliverable-level thinking to journey-level thinking. I architect design systems for multi-brand portfolios. I grow businesses through design.

At Smith Commerce I doubled the team and tripled design revenue. At BOLDScience I restarted and scaled the digital practice. I now also help represent design across the Assembled Intelligence agency platform through the Digital Center of Enablement.

Designed a single, scalable eCommerce experience and design system for Kylie Cosmetics, Kylie Skin, and Kylie Baby on Shopify Plus + Adobe AEM. Navigated three stakeholder organizations. Authored the Experience Brief that governed the entire engagement.

Led the platform migration from SAP Commerce to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Built a Figma design system mapping every component to the SFCC build. Designed product configurators that reused existing components in a theatrical dark UI theme.
